1- تقديم جيل من الاطباء المتميزين المدربين و القادرين على توفير الرعاية الصحية في المراكز الصحية و المستشفيات وفقا لمعايير الجودة و الاعتماد الاكاديمي بما يضمن ديمومةعمل القطاع الصحي في عموم البلد
2- اعداد كوادر طبية مؤهلة اكاديميا للعمل ضمن الهيئة التدريسية وفي البحث العلمي
3- تبني أحدث المناهج التعليمية بما يوازي كليات الطب في الجامعات العالمية المرموقة المناظرة
4- الارتقاء بمخرجات البحث العلمي لمواكبة حاجات المجتمع و مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة
